Needless to say, Mike gave me peace of mind and allowed me to feel like I wasn't have the wool pulled over my eyes when it comes to having my vehicle serviced. Mike at Performance was unable to offer any insight about my vehicle in particular, however, he was able to share with me the regular practice and subsequently shed some light on how I should approach this process. The dealership I am working with here in Ontario is having a hard time diagnosing my vehicle and as such I reached out to Auto West who referred me to their tuning partner - Performance One. I have since relocated to Ontario and am trying to diagnose the issues with my vehicle. My vehicle has never been to Performance One, however, in early '07 (before I owned my vehicle) my 3 series was tuned by Auto West BMW who now use the expertise of Performance One.
